Welcome to the cuForms user manual

This manual will be updated regularly as the system is developed and used. If you'd like to help create this documentation, please ask for a login.

Using cuForms

The main screen in cuForms is the Dashboard. This is where submitted forms are first seen by users.

The other main functions available are:

  • Account Administration (editing key information about your organisation and account settings)
  • Forms Manager (build and edit forms and workflows)
  • Reports
  • Scheduled Reports
  • User Management (create users and grant access to system functions)
  • Workflow Manager (manage the processing of submitted forms)
